Custom Lanyards for Events and Workplaces

Small Format, Big Brand Presence

Don't underestimate the branding power of a lanyard. Worn throughout the working day and at events of every scale, a well-designed lanyard keeps your logo, colours and message in continuous circulation, seen by colleagues, customers, visitors and the general public alike. Unlike many promotional items that end up in a drawer, lanyards serve a genuine functional purpose, which means they get worn repeatedly and consistently.

At Wholesale Wristbands, our lanyard range is built around two core offerings: in-stock lanyards for fast, flexible deployment, and custom printed lanyards for organisations that want their branding front and centre. Both options are available with a range of attachment fittings and accessories to create a complete identification or access solution.

Exploring Our Lanyards Range

In-Stock Lanyards: When time is short or your needs are straightforward, our pre-printed in-stock lanyards offer an immediate solution. Available in a range of colours and pre-printed with common role identifiers, including Visitor, Staff, Security, Contractor and more, these lanyards are ready to dispatch without the lead time of a custom order. Ideal for venues, workplaces, schools and events that need reliable identification quickly and without fuss.

Custom Printed Lanyards: For organisations that want their brand carried on every lanyard, our custom printed lanyard range delivers full personalisation from cord colour and print design through to attachment fittings and accessories. Custom lanyards are produced to your exact specifications, ensuring your logo, brand colours and messaging are reproduced accurately across the full lanyard length. The ideal choice for conferences, corporate events, staff uniforms, membership programmes and any application where brand consistency matters.

Attachments & Accessories

A lanyard is only as useful as what it holds. Our lanyards are available with a range of fittings and accessories to suit different identification and access requirements:

• Safety Breakaway Clip: Releases under pressure to prevent injury, recommended for most workplace and event applications

• Bulldog Clip: A strong, reliable clip suited to heavier cards and passes

• Badge/Card Holder: Clear PVC holder for ID cards, event passes or access credentials

• Retractable Reel: Extends for scanning or swiping and retracts to keep cards secure, popular in office and healthcare environments

• Metal Swivel Hook: Durable and versatile, suited to keys, USB drives or heavier attachments

• Plastic J-Hook: A lightweight, cost-effective option for standard ID card attachment
